Shiraj V. Socio - political situation of the Crimean Tatars in Ukraine late XX - early XXI century.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of return, resettlement and integration of Crimean Tatars into Ukrainian society at the end of XX - beginning of XXI century. Forms and methods of work of the authorities of Ukraine about the repatriation of the Crimean Tatar people were analysed and systematized. This analysis is based on documentary sources and historiography gains, grounded its efficiency, highlighted the severity of social adaptation of the deported people. The paper analyzes the process of formation of policy-legal and institutional principles for social adaptation and repatriation of Crimean Tatars. The practice of the government of solution of social, economic and humanitarian problems of the Crimean Tatar people was investigated. The development of the Crimean Tatar national movement in the context of realization of program goals, defined by Kurultay, which included primarily the creation of national autonomy as the basis of the state of the Crimean Tatar people was examined.
