The thesis deals with the issue of management optimal structure of project-oriented enterprise. New approaches aimed to boost the competitive ability of the real economy sector are described. In the thesis cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) are used for efficiency estimation of management organizational structure. Upon the project implementation the optimal management structure is developed. Analysis of enterprise's resource exploitation effectiveness is conducted.
