Object: the process of studying the social and humanitarian sciences in higher education; goal: to prove scientifically, develop and experimentally test pedagogical conditions of students gender culture formation in the study of social and humanitarian sciences; methods: of theoretical, empirical and statistical levels; novelty: first theoretically grounded, richly developed and implemented pedagogical conditions of students gender culture formation in the study of social and human sciences, which are based on: focus on the development of modern egalitarian ideas about interpersonal relationships; motivation for students to form their own gender culture; focus on the destruction of established and the formation of modern gender stereotypes; content of social and humanitarian disciplines is improved by the enrichment of gender issues, which is based on intellectual values and behavioral spheres of both sexes; selection of interactive technologies based on improving individual approach; extracurricular activities work; further development is given to scientific understanding of the concept of „gender culture” and its characteristics; results: gender-oriented topics relevant to teaching of social and humanitarian subjects are updated and expanded; the technique of diagnosis of students gender culture formation is presented; „Methodical guide for teachers and students on the formation of gender culture in the study of social and humanitarian sciences (charts and tables)” and the course „Gender-cultural aspects of legal support for students” that takes into account current knowledge of gender issues were developed and implemented in the educational process; specialization - theory and methods of professional education.
