Object: the training of future teachers of physical culture in higher education establishments; goal: theoretically justify, develop and experimentally validate the model of training of future teachers of physical culture to the implementation of healthforming technologies in the educational process in secondary schools; methods: theoretical analysis, comparison, generalization, specification, classification, systematization, with the help of which theoretical positions of the thesis are proved and compared with existing in psychological and pedagogical literature approaches to a particular problem; empirical - survey, pedagogical observation, as well as pedagogical experiment (stating forming stages), which are used to accumulate the actual research to identify the effectiveness of the model of training of future teachers of physical culture to the implementation of healthforming technologies in the educational process in secondary schools; methods of mathematical statistics to establish the scientific credibility of the study results; novelty: for the first time theoretically grounded the model of training of future teachers of physical culture to the implementation of healthforming technologies in the educational process in secondary schools, defined organizational and pedagogical conditions, namely: creating wellness, humanistic, learner-centered space in the process of training specialists in "Physical education"; providing subjective position of future teachers of physical culture in the educational process of the cycle professionally oriented disciplines using interactive teaching methods; clarified the nature of concepts "healthforming technology", "healthforming competence", "training of future teachers of physical culture", "training of future teachers of physical culture to the implementation of healthforming technologies in the educational process in secondary schools", the interpretation of which has reference to the subject of the research about the impact of specially organized training of future teachers of physical culture to healthforming competence; improved the structure of the healthforming competence of future teachers of physical culture, which consists of motivational, cognitive, operational-active and reflective components, characterized by selected criteria, indicators and levels of maturity, the difference of which is the presence of: motivation to implement healthforming activities in the educational process in secondary schools; knowledge, skills to introduce healthforming technologies in the pedagogical process; ability to organize the educational process on the principles of healthforming activity; further development acquired the ideas of competency-based, learner-centered, active approaches to education and healthforming directions of the training of future teachers of physical culture.
