Kyiv, 2014. Dissertation is devoted to ships operating in extreme conditions through the application of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering. This article examines the current methods of operation of vessels in critical conditions of a defined need for intellectualization and traffic management processes through the introduction of the proposed models and methods. First developed a model of safe movement trajectory of vessels in critical conditions feature is the use of technology structures modeling complex systems ergodic navigation in situations of under risk. Improved model adapted guaranteed safe maritime traffic control facilities and water transport, which is in contrast to existing formed as an open system. The application of the model can solve the tasks enhance the operational safety of vehicles in critical environments. A comparative assessment of systems based on different approaches.
