Object – morphological features of varicocele and effectiveness of different methods of its surgical treatment; purpose – to establish the features anatomical restructuring of testicles vessels and parenchyma and morphologically substantiate the effectiveness of surgical interventions in varicocele; methods – the macroscopic, microscopic, morphometric, electron microscopical, mathematical modeling, statistical; the results – established morphometrical, macro- and microscopic features of testicular structures in different terms after varicocele modeling and after surgical treatment of varicocele by ligation of the testicular vein and using its own method of a veno-venous anastomoses creating; branch – medicine.
