Object – compensatory-adaptive morphological changes in the wall of the small intestine of rats under the influence of cyclophosphamide as well as under combination of cyclophosphamide with benzofurokain and methyluracil; purpose – to establish the structural changes in the wall of the small intestine under the action of cyclophosphamide and after correction of their by benzofurokain and methyluracil; methods – microscopic, morphometric, mathemathics; the results – using morphological studies established changes in the wall of the small intestine under the action of cyclophosphamide and correction of these changes by the one-time introduction of benzofurokain and, for comparison, a three-time introduction of methyluracil everyday. Benzofurokain showed great ability to stimulate reparative regeneration of the epithelium of the small intestine than methyluracil; branch – medicine.
