Sydorova K. Political and psychological dimension of civil servants training and retraining in Ukraine

The dissertation presents a comprehensive analysis of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions about the improving of political and psychological components in professional education of state employees due to the modernization of vocational training system, retraining and advanced training of public service on the basis of competence-based approach and the permanent learning principles. The organizational and legal principles of operation of system of training and retraining of Civil Service staff of Ukraine are investigated. The dissertation analyzes the Western European experience of training and retraining of civil servants and the place of political and psychological component in the appropriate educational activities, describes improving prospects of legal preparation and retraining of civil servants in the context of new paradigm of civil service reform in Ukraine.
