Linnik A. A prosecutor's office role in providing the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.

In work legal status of the prosecutor as subject of realization of the state anti-corruption policy, form of his participation in such activity, and also legal and organizational problems of realization of anti-corruption standards in bodies of prosecutor's office is investigated. Such backbone elements of corruption standards, as the conflict of interests in bodies of prosecutor's office and a way of its permission are considered; ethical bases of public prosecutor's activity and access to information on public activity of bodies of prosecutor's office. On the basis of the research of the domestic anti-corruption legislation carried out by the author and practice of his realization, and also the international anti-corruption standards a number of scientifically valid conclusions and the offers directed on improvement of bases of the state legal policy and a role of prosecutor's office in its providing is formulated.
