Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of modulated electric current influence on organism functional condition at trained and untrained practically healthy young men and women (17-24 years old) during physical activity and processes of restoration. It is established, that modulated electric current influence exhibit in streamlining of vegetative nervous system action against the background of system blood circulation optimization at physical activity: at unexercised persons sympathetic activity decrease is observed, at trained persons significant cardiotropic function increase is observed. Modulated electric current influence at examined persons on physical efficiency exhibit in primary stimulation of aerobic efficiency in comparison with anaerobic efficiency, that is expressed in increase of РWС170 index. It is established, that at restoration after physical exercise there is an optimization of cardiovascular and vegetative nervous systems indices against the background of restoration time reduction. Repeated modulated electric current influence leads to correlation force increase between biochemical parameters and cardiovascular and vegetative nervous systems indices at restoration. Physiological mechanisms of modulated electric current influence on trained and untrained organism functional condition during physical activity and processes of restoration are shown.
