The thesis is devoted to the study of the structure of periodontal tissue in normal rats, on acidotic model of periodontitis and after pharmacotherapeutic correction. Therefore, the scientific study uses complex morphological, biochemical and statistical research methods Practical significance is to develop new methods of prevention and treatment of periodontal disease, aimed at regulating metabolism at the cellular level, affecting the state of vascular endothelium and to provide stabilization of alveolar bone resorption manifestations.
