Essay

Object - safety of pharmacotherapy; aim - scientific substantiation and development of the model of clinical pharmacist's activity in pharmacovigilance system of Ukraine in the part of dermatological complications of pharmacotherapy; methods - systemic analysis, bibliographical, structural and logical, questionnaire, analytical, statistical, clinical and pharmaceutical, clinical and pharmacological, pharmacoeconomical, standardization and modeling; novelty - the newly obtained evidence-based results in complex solve important scientific problem related to the development of effective ways and mechanisms for prevention of dermatological complications of pharmacotherapy and in the case of present drug-induced dermatopathologies - providing of efficient pharmacotherapy following quality, safety, clinical and cost effectiveness improvement of population pharmacotherapy leading to considerable state or patients' cost cutting. Results - designed and tested the classification system of drug related problems (DRPs) for analysis the reports about adverse drug reactions or lack of efficacy was designed and tested. The pharmacotherapy assessment of dermatological adverse drug reactions through the identification of DRPs was performed. The availability to use the national database of adverse drug reaction reports as an information resource for drug-drug interactions research was proved. The clusters of drug combinations were formed according to potential skin manifestations of the drug-drug interactions. A system for the risk assessment of dangerous drug-induced dermatopathologies - Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell's syndrome appearance was developed and scientifically grounded. The term "grade of dermatological danger (GDD)" of pharmacotherapy was introduced and drug groups (formed by the 4th level of ATC-classification) gradation according to GDD was conducted. The model of clinical pharmacist's activity in pharmacovigilance system of Ukraine in the part of dermatological complications of pharmacotherapy was powered; implemented in practice of State enterprise "State expert centre of Ministry of Health of Ukraine"; in research and teaching processes of departments of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University; in medical process of the city health-care stationary facilities; area - pharmacy.
