Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying genes mc4r, ctsl and hmga1, that influence on formation of fattening and meat features of different breeds of pigs. It has been analyzed the peculiarities of their allele fund in different micropopulations of pig of the Large White breed and it was carried out the analysis of frequencies and the distribution of different genotypes. It was studied the association of g.1426G>A, g.143C>T and g.576C>T polymorphisms of these genes with the thick of deposits of fat in the middle of the back and the longest muscle of the back and also with average daily gains, the age of achievement of live weight 100 kg and meat output.
