The thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement of speed and power qualities of 12-13 years oldboxers on the stage of previous base preparation depending on the level of psychomotor qualities of athletes on the basis of determination of factor structure of athletes' speed-power preparedness and interconnection of basic components of speed and power qualities, and also features of athletes' competition activity. The aim of the thesis is to in theory and experimentally to ground methodology of perfection of speed-power internalss of boxers 12-13 taking into account the level of psychomotor functions in the annual loop of preparation for the increase of efficiency of contention activity. The thesis presents the worked out and experimentally grounded methods of perfection of speed and power qualities of 12-13 years oldboxers in the yearly cycleof preparation on the stage of previous base preparation which is made on the ground of identifying the factors influencing competitive activity of 12-13 years oldboxers, development level of speed and power qualities, efficient application of the differentiated means depending on the level of psychomotor athletes' qualities. Facilities of speed-power preparation were formed in blocks for 6 exercises: each of sections included the complexes of exercises seeking to perfect speed and power qualities taking into account the level of psychomotor functions. Thus, research results testify to efficiency of the worked out in the thesis methods of perfection of speed and power qualities of 12-13 years old boxers on the stage of previous base preparation.
