Object - clinical features and surgical treatment of peritonitis in children; goal - to improve the effectiveness of preventing adhesive in-testinal obstruction after suffering peritonitis of appendicular origin in children through the development of new therapies; methods - statistical analysis, experimental, microbiological, biochemical, histological, ultraviolet and infrared spectral analysis; results - studied the laws of the clinical course of peritonitis of appendicular origin in children and suggest a correction to prevent adhesive intestinal obstruction; determine the characteristics of flora peritoneal exudate and proved the effectiveness of intraoperative abdominal rehabilitation after suffering peritonitis of appendicular origin in children; developed a new device for the rehabilitation of the abdominal cavity; put into practice a new method for combination use of ozonized physiological solutions NaCl; proposed the use of the remote host when tightening appendicostomy in children with peritonitis of appendicular origin; indicated a positive impact of the proposed complex treatment of children with peritonitis of appendicular origin in children; branch – medicine.
