Luhovska E. Pedagogical conditions of forming professional competence of technician-mechanics in agro technical colleges

The dissertation is devoted to research of pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of professional competence of future technician-mechanics in agro technical colleges. In this dissertation was made an attempt to investigate the pedagogical theory and practice of professional training the future technician-mechanics; were scrutinized peculiarities of professional training the technician-mechanics; was detailed the specific category of «professional competence»; was cleared up the essence and content of professional competence of technician-mechanics, were selected criteria, indicators and the signs of their manifestation. Were developed and scientifically substantiated the pedagogical conditions, the model and the methodology of formation the professional competence of future technician-mechanics in their professional training. Were experimentally tested the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of formation the professional competence of future technician-mechanics in agrotechnical colleges.
