Object: professional training of future engineers-pedagogues in higher educational establishments; goal: to prove scientifically, to develop and to test experimentally the pedagogical conditions of future engineers-pedagogues training for the formation of valuable attitude to labor of students in vocational schools; methods: analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire, interviews, rating, direct and indirect teacher observation, reflection of own professional activity, synthesis, generalization, systematization of pedagogical experiment; novelty: the pedagogical conditions of future engineers-pedagogues training for the formation of valuable attitude to labor of students in vocational schools are determined, theoretically grounded and experimentally tested, results: the development and implementation of practice-oriented forms and methods aimed to acquiring of future engineers-pedagogues of professionally-valuable position in terms of labor education of students in the process of professional training, the development of special course "The fundamentals of training of future engineers-pedagogues to the formation of valuable attitude to labor of students of vocational schools"; the contents of courses of basic cycles of training, education and professional practice, teaching and research activities, extracurricular work with students are updated and expanded with topics, problems, issues able to facilitate the adoption of value approach to professional activity of future engineers-pedagogues.
