The Object - the activity and informational and audiovisual product of regional television channels of Lukhansk region: Independent Broadcasting Company "IRTA" Ltd, Regional Company "Lukhansk Cable Television", Governmental Organization "Lukhanks Regional State Broadcasting Company". The Purpose - multisided coverage of the history and specifics of Lukhansk Regional Information Broadcasting. Thе Methods - comparative-historical, observance, classification, typological, analysis of documentary sources. The usage of such methods as comparative-historical, historical-typological and genre-stylistic ones, allowed researching the facts of regional television journalism in the historical context as well as covering the logics of evolution of Lukhansk television communication system for four stages of its development. The systemic analysis of television broadcasting in the region in 1956-2013 allowed studying the united impression about its interaction with elements of national Ukrainian mass media system, covering the significance of regional television as a part of public relation of the state. The systematic approach allowed classifying Lukhansk television and radio broadcasting companies due to four chronological stages of Lukhansk television broadcasting development, which encouraged shaping the model of regional informational television broadcasting in its historical retrospective. Dealing with quantity and quality features, the method of content-analysis allowed analyzing 969 units of media products as well as concluding that Lukhansk television patricians work according to the definite decision-making algorithm of setting the agenda of information programmes.
