Essay

In the context of analysis of social, cultural, legal, political and other factors of transformation of sense of justice of society in a transitional period is noted, that spirituality is key basis that influences on character and development of sense of justice. It is noted that in the cultural context of a society of justice, which is transformed in the process of devaluation of the spiritual values of goodness, love, freedom and justice. Trend of subjectivization of morality and law leads to uncertainty of legal norms and values, the loss of identity of the individual, to the spiritual alienation.
