Object - the training of future teachers; goal - is to identify the impact of organizational and pedagogical model of the formation of the inclusive competence on the quality of training of future teachers of health foundations for professional work in the conditions of inclusive education; methods - theoretical, empirical, mathematical and statistical; novelty - the first time: scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested organizational and pedagogical model of the formation of the inclusive competence of the future teachers the basics of health, including the following components: conceptual (the target component, regulatory and scientific support), substantially Procedure (structural components of inclusive competency stages of the model , a set of tools, methods and forms of training and learning activities of students) and criterion-evaluation (criteria and indicators of levels of formation of the inclusive competence); clarified: the concept of "inclusive competence of future teachers the basics of health" (integrated personal education based on inclusive knowledge of inclusive special skills, professional and personal trait, mastering zdorovesberegatelnymi and corrective developing technologies that contribute to its commitment to the profession in terms of inclusive training); structural components of the inclusive competence of the future teachers the basics of health (motivational-value, cognitive-operational, reflexive and evaluation); criteria with indicators (personal, informative, analytical and evaluative) and levels (high, medium, low) of formation of the inclusive competence of the future teachers the basics of health; further development and concretization of the acquired forms, methods and means of forming an inclusive competence of the future teachers the basics of health; results - summarize the experience of organizing and conducting training of future teachers the basics of health for professional work in the conditions of inclusive education. The main results and conclusions of the study were used during valeologicheskih disciplines for future teachers the basics of health, in writing guidelines for teachers of secondary schools, teachers of higher educational institutions and the preparation of the work program for the training course "Fundamentals of inclusive education" for students of higher educational establishments.
