Poberezhniy V. Formation of preventing and combating corruption in the executive bodies of Ukraine

The thesis investigated the formation of a complex preventing and combating corruption in the executive bodies of Ukraine, developed a system of preventing and combating corruption in the executive branch, proved the feasibility of introducing responsibility of the person or of the authorized body for the special audit in respect of persons applying for positions related with the functions of the state, for violating the order and date of inspection. Focus on identifying strengths and weaknesses of modern anti-corruption policy, and also investigated the historical development of anti-corruption policy of the state in connection with the transition from a command system to a democratic society and a change in the legal regulation of preventing and combating corruption. Studied organizational, personal and financial direction of preventing and combating corruption. It is proved that the direction of overcoming corruption in the public service are common ways of determining the activity of executive authorities, public citizens to prevent and combat corruption in government.
