Essay

Humanistic ideas of Ivan Franko concerning formation of youth were holistically comprehended in the dissertation. They were based on critical rethinking of methodological approaches of soviet franko-knowledge. Interrelation of social and moral aspects of identity formation were studied through a prism of Ivan Franko philosophical views. It was defined and proved that the only alternative to solving nation-, state formation- and social problem of the society is by educating nationally conscious, intelligent and highly moral young generation, who will become true leaders of the Ukrainian state.
