Essay

A socio-philosophical analysis of the mechanism of production systemic threats to national security by social factors is proposed in dissertation thesis. The phenomenon of security is considered as attribute of the existence of social systems and as attribute of the existence of the nation as a specific social system. Author analyzes essential features of social risks as a special category of risk and most important forms of their manifestation in modern society. The features of the social mechanism of the transformation of social risks into systemic threat to national security are considered. Conflict is defined as a key element of this mechanism and general form of being systemic threats to national security. Special attention is paid to social and labor relations as the sphere of production systemic threats to national security. The conditions and possible forms of transformation of labor conflict into systemic threat to national security is considered. The key role of social dialogue as an instrument for settlement conflict and neutralization socially determined system threats is proved. The author analyzes main reasons, which lead to the ineffectiveness of social dialogue in Ukraine.
