Essay

Comprehensive study using anatomical, histological, morphometric, immunohistochemical and lektynhistochemical methods studied the structural features of the rat stomach and associated with gastric mucosal lymphoid tissue in the early postnatal period and after intrauterine administration of the antigen. For the first time founded that the most pronounced morphological changes in the structure of the stomach are observed after intrafetal administration antigen in the more active growth -lymphocytes content CD3+-lymphocytes, immature PNA+-lymphocytes of the gastric mucosa. For the first time the author of dissertation described features of formation of mucous membrane of the stomach and muscle in normal and experimentally. For the first time revealed the rapid formation of a local humoral immunity after intrauterine administration of antigen, as evidenced the strong growth in the number of SBA+-B-lymphocytes in gastric mucosa during the first two weeks after birth, and CD79?+-lymphocytes and plasmacytes of the gastric mucosa after intrafetal introduction of antigen for 45-90 days, compared with the other experimental group and increase the number of lymphoid nodules of the gastric mucosa for 10-15% and their size is doubled to 45-90 days after birth.
