Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the polymorphic variants role of eNOS, PON1, AT1R, ACE, AGT genes and their inter-gene interaction in the risk of developing breast cancer and hypertension in general groups and age women subgroups. It has been revealed that the 235MT/II genotypes combination presence is association with a protective effect in the breast cancer risk in women aged 36 to 54 years. The 235TT genotype of AGT gene and 235ТТ/174TM genotypes combination аre associated with increased breast cancer risk for women older than 54 years. It was prove that the II genotype of ACE gene and 235MT/174TT/II/1166AA combination of genotypes presence decrease the risk of hypertension in women aged from 36 to 54 years. It was observe that the 235MT/ID/1166AC heterozygous genotypes combination presence increase the hypertension risk more than 10 times for women older than 54 years. The statistical significant model of inter-gene interaction in the development of breast cancer in women aged 36 to 54 years was elaborated. Key words: breast cancer, hypertension, women, gene, polymorphism.
