Essay

The work is devoted to the actual problem - the study of differential approach in dosing of physical activity during physical education students of different skeletal age. The posted theoretical generalization problems, the authorized proposals to solve assigned tasks. A reasonable and most affordable way to divide students into the groups, creating conditions for the differential approach to the physical education. The basis of the differentiated approach laid contingent distribution by the level of a skeletal age relative levels of the physical health ("dangerous" corresponds to very low and low levels of physical health, "boundary" - is medium, "safe" - high and very high). For each age level motor developed organizational guidelines for the dosing and power load, number of repetitions, pulse mode, set rational relationship means for the development of motor skills. Developed, scientifically grounded and experimentally tested a program elective courses recreational aerobics considering a differentiated approach in dosing of the physical activity during the physical education of the students of different skeletal age.
