Koshcheyev A. Constructing of the training process in pre competition mezocycle in high taekwondo athletes.

The thesis highlights issues related to the problem of improving the training process of highly taekwondo athletes in pre competition mezocycle. In the work experimentally proved pre competition mezocycle construction on a "pendulum", which provides a rhythmic alternation of contrasting and specialized micro cycles and optimally plan the training load, positive impact on the state the psycho functional highly skilled athletes, which in turn increase the result of competitive activity. According to this principle content microcycles had the following impact: specialized microcycle solves the problem of raising special, technical, tactical, physical, moral and volitional training taekwondo athletes and contrast - the restoration of the functional level of athletes. The study provides an opportunity to recommend training process highly taekwondo athletes planning pre competition mezocycle on a "pendulum" on stage higher achievements.
