The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of future social workers to use interactive technologies in professional activities in accordance with modern requirements and needs of the individual. The study revealed the concept of "readiness of future social workers to use interactive technology careers". The criteria defined indicators and characterized the level of formation of future social workers to use interactive technology in professional activitie. The study is theoretically grounded and pedagogical conditions are practically implemented organizational, structural and functional model of readiness of future social workers to use interactive technologies in professional activities is developed and tested, the components of which are targeted, procedural and semantic evaluation result-blocks are developed. The results of constatational and forming pedagogical experiment have proved effectiveness of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of future social workers to use interactive technology in professional activities.
