Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of laying quails functional state under the influence of essential amino acids complex as lysine, methionine, threonine with vitamin E by determining the dynamics of body physiological parameters. In particular, there were explored protein metabolism indices: general protein content in blood, albumins, globulines, concentration of free amino acids in quails blood and eggs, the activity of tissue enzymes and the antioxydant protection enzymes, the peculiarities of mineral metabolism and the influence of amino acid complex with vitamin E. The morphological content and haemoglobin concentration of blood was also studied. There was explored the activity of proteolytic, lipolytic and amilolytic enzymes of liver, pancreas and duodenum in quails, including the lipids metabolism indices and activity of amino transferase and alkaline phosphatase. There was studied the vitamin content, morphological and quality indices of eggs, obtained from quails, fed with amino acid complex with vitamin E. There were established certain feeding regularities of the above mentioned complex, which made the basis for elaboration of feeding scheme with additive for laying quails. The economic efficiency of amino acid complex with vitamin E application in the laying quails diet was also determined.
