The dissertation is a study of theoretical, organizational and legal problems of prosecutor's supervision over observance of laws in the process of pre-trial investigation conditioning to bankruptcy. Defined the essence, tasks, subject and object, and the legal bases of prosecutor's supervision in this area. Given the description of the powers of the prosecutor in the supervision, determined the correlation of prosecutor's supervision, judicial and institutional control over the legality of pre-trial investigation conditioning to bankruptcy. Analyze the core elements of the organization of work of prosecutor's office on supervision of observance of laws in the process of investigation of a crime, specified in the article 219 of Criminal Code of Ukraine. Developed recommendations on the tactical and methodical provision of prosecutor's supervision in this area indicated measures to optimize the system of evaluation of the effectiveness of the supervision of the prosecutor over the observance of the law during pre-trial investigation of a crime, specified in the article 219 of Criminal Code of Ukraine. Formulated proposals on the improvement of legal and methodological bases for realization of prosecutor's supervision over observance of laws in the process of pre-trial investigation conditioning to bankruptcy.
