Object of research - preparation of teachers in system of the higher pedagogical education of Austria; subject of research - features of vocational preparation of German teachers in High Pedagogical Educational Establishments of Austria; the research objective consists in the complete scientific analysis of features of experience of preparation of German teachers in High Pedagogical Educational Establishments of Austria and definition of the directions of use of the Austrian experience in the course of vocational preparation of German teachers in Ukraine; research methods - among which theoretical is applied: the analysis of the state documents of Austria, the concerning qualities of school and pedagogical education, its reforming and prospects of development; historical and logical analysis of foreign and domestic literature, acts of Ukraine and Austria, curricula and programs of the Austrian highest pedagogical educational institutions; the terminological analysis for definition of the basic basic concepts of research; the structural and system analysis for definition of basic concepts of research; a method of scientific identification of sources for ensuring reliability of the received results; the general scientific: analysis, synthesis and generalization of basic provisions of scientific works and normative documents; comparisons and comparisons of different views on the studied problem; studying, generalization and systematization of data with the purpose to allocate the main components of system of preparation and organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of German teachers; comparisons and allocations of features of system and the content of vocational training of German teachers in Ukraine and Austria; the empirical: diagnostic (conversations, interview) with the purpose to find out a condition of a readiness of a problem in the pedagogical theory and practice; observation (supervision) for collecting scientific data; predictive (expert estimates, modeling) with the purpose to establish prospect of use of experience of training of German teachers in system of the higher pedagogical education of Ukraine; scientific novelty of research and theoretical value of research is that for the first time: the system of vocational preparation of German teachers in High Pedagogical Educational Establishments of Austria is described in socio-historical and pedagogically theoretical aspects (unity educational and qualification before and post degrees; educational and scientific activity within system, a combination of stationary and distance learning); the leading tendencies (are defined unification of the European education system; modernization of the maintenance of pedagogical education: unity of requirements to professional education, the general system of an assessment of quality of knowledge and abilities, opportunity to choose a place of study and work.
