Adamchuk S. Socially-psychological aspects of professional development of civil servants in Ukraine.

The analysis of theoretical principles of socially-psychological aspects of professional development of civil servants in Ukraine is carried out in dissertation. It is suggested to consider confession of dynamic of professional development of civil servants, which must be constantly enriched, an indisputable positive, perfected, corrected on condition of obligatory account him socially psychological aspects. The concept field of research is selected, definitions of him is specified notional vehicle and author determination of concept is offered socially "socially-psychological aspects of professional development of civil servants". Found out the valued orientations of civil servant as structural elements his personalities which characterize the orientation of him professional activity on public service.
