Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving of the kidney damage diagnosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by studying of the clinical and pathologic features at different stages of chronic kidney disease. On the basis of study 113 patients were indices of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense, functional state of erythrocyte changes pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, beta2-microglobulin of blood and urine, depending on the stage of chronic kidney disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Were determined the structure and trigger factors of development and progression of renal disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Were defined as the factors of diagnostics of renal injury are beta2-microglobulin and malonic dyaldehid of urine, transforming growth factor alfa1 in blood. Clinical management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was improved for the purpose of early diagnosis and prevention of renal lesions progression.
