Object of study - the educational process in the master project management in higher education; purpose of the study - pedagogical conditions of effective professional culture of future specialists in project management in higher education; the study is a theoretical study and experimental study of educational conditions of the professional culture of graduate project management in higher education; methods: theory - analysis of scientific pedagogical, psychological, philosophical and methodological sources of research problems, regulatory and policy documents, relevant dissertations to justify the theoretical aspects definite problem and to determine conceptual-categorical apparatus of research methods by comparison, systematization and generalization of factual material through which the essence of the concepts of "professional culture", "professional culture manager project activities"; empirical - study documentation and tutorials subjects taught at master specialty 8. 18010013 "Specific categories. Project Management "; diagnostic (questionnaires, interviews, surveys, tests, direct and indirect observation); prognosis (verification of the information obtained by comparing survey data); educational experiment for the study of the investigated problem, test the effectiveness of the examined pedagogical conditions of professional culture of the future managers of the project activity during the study at the Master; methods of mathematical statistics at ensuring validity and reliability of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the experimental results; the scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that: For the first time proved the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional culture of the future project managers in terms of Master University; The essence of the category of "development vocational undergraduate culture," which is defined as a single, long, dynamic process of entry into the profession through purposeful formation of positive motivation to productive activities and sustainable self-development needs of professional culture.
