Essay

This work is devoted to studding of peculiarities of heart reorganization in experimental thermal trauma and in burn wound covering by lyophilized xenodermografts. In experiment on white laboratory rats it was found that severe burn trauma causes considerable morphological, histochemical and morphometric changes in the myocardium, degree of which depends on term of experiment and are developing on a background of blood plasma toxicity increase. At the stages of burn sсhock and early toxemia adaptive-compensatory processes are developing in heart components, at the stages of late toxemia and septicotoxemia – deep irreversible destructive changes are present. Lyophilized xenografts using after early necrectomy of damaged tissues is proved to decrease significantly content of toxic products in blood plasma, to prevent development of destructive changes in heart components at early terms of experiment, to activate reparative processes which help to normalize relatively microvascularization and cardiomyocytes of muscle fibers of myocardium at late stages of experiment.
