The object of study - training future teachers of preschool educational institutions in higher education; objective: to substantiate and verify experimentally pedagogical conditions that contribute to the efficiency of monitoring the quality of training of future teachers of preschool education during their training; purpose of the study - organizational and pedagogical conditions of monitoring the quality of training of future teachers of preschool education; methods: theoretical; empirical, mathematical statistics; prognostic; the scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study: the concept of "quality of future teachers of pre-school education" is based on the analysis of psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of monitoring the quality of training of future teachers of pre-school education are theoretically proved: 1) formation and development of education environment as a condition of monitoring; 2) diagnostics and monitoring instrumentarium of research of the quality of future tutors' preparation; 3) self research of their own professional competence's level by future tutors.
