Essay

The object of the study is the processes of Project and Program Proactive Management in Agro-industrial Complex (AIC). The purpose of the study is the development of models and methods which are necessary for the process of forming of project and program proactive management mechanism in AIC taking into consideration the peculiarities of their life cycles. The main scientific result of the dissertation is the creation of prognosis method concerning system parameters changes in the process of proactive management taking into account bifurcation points.
