Object - acute necrotizing pneumonia (ANP) in children; the purpose of improving the efficiency of complex treatment ANP children through the development of pathogenetic substantiated medical complex minimally invasive thoracoscopic based technology, effective targeted antibiotic therapy and antibiotic resistance factors such oppression microflora as biofilm formation by the use of ultrasound and ozone; methods - clinical, clinical laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, bacteriological, experimental, statistical; results - developed technique of minimally invasive thoracoscopic sanations focus of inflammation in the ANP in children with the ability to use engineered device which combines the action of low-intensity ultrasound radiation and ozone; studied and proved high efficiency combined destructive action of low-intensity ultrasound radiation is the ozone formed in the biofilm and planktonic forms in experiments in vitro, as well as set the phenomenon of loss of ability to form secondary microflora biofilms; experimentally proved the possibility of conveying direction and create conditions for increasing concentrations of antibiotics and continued their activities in the inflammation in the lungs by intracellular electrophoresis antibiotics; offered a comprehensive program of treatment of lobitis in children; branch – medicine.
