The complex historic-archeologic consideration of Upper Bug region is conducted; the process of formation and development of separate units of administrative-territorial organization of the region during the ІХ–ХІV centuries is reconstructed. The structure of the settlement is analysed; the planning and social-topographic structure of settlements and hillforts in the region were discovered; information about types of burial practices in Upper Bug region is systemized.
