Subject - the process of professional training of future teachers of Natural and Mathematical Sciences at higher pedagogical institution; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions on ensuring readiness of future teachers of Natural and Mathematical Sciences to project method use in high school; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide the theoretical substantiation and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of training of future teachers of Natural and Mathematical Sciences to project method use in high school; the scientific research of the nature of the project method has allowed to consider it as a modern educational technology directed at carrying out a project on the given theme and providing for forming certain theoretical knowledge, practical skills and habits as well as socially valuable personality qualities in pupils; the content of structural components of future teachers' of Natural and Mathematical Sciences readiness to project method use in high school, the criteria and indices of future teachers' of Natural and Mathematical Sciences readiness to implement the project method have been determined and specified; the ideas on the use of the project method in students' learning activities and in teaching Natural and Mathematical Sciences to high school pupils have acquired further study; results - the theoretical substantiation and practical testing of the pedagogical conditions of training of future teachers of Natural and Mathematical Sciences to project method use in high school allow to recommend considering wide implementation of the researched pedagogical conditions at higher pedagogical institutions. The scientific and methodological materials of the research will allow the academics to improve the teaching process at higher pedagogical institutions; they will be useful for compiling textbooks and teaching manuals. The materials of the research will be helpful to students of Master degree courses, to those who take professional development courses, to those working at diploma and master degree papers and take part in the educational projects; field - pedagogy.
