Essay

The object of study is the professional training of future teachers of technologies in a higher pedagogical education; purpose of the study is organizational and pedagogical conditions of development of intellectual and creative potential of the future teacher of technology in the training; the purpose of the study is substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of technology intellectual and creative potential of the future teacher of technology in the training; methods - theoretical (analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological scientific sources on the study), allow to justify the conceptual basis of the work; interpretive and analytical method used for the analysis, synthesis, systematization and generalization of scientific statements; comparative analysis is used to compare native and foreign semantic content of methodical teacher training; empirical (questionnaires, tests, observation) diagnostics optimized level of intellectual and creative potential of the future teachers of technology; pedagogical experiment, which helped verify the effectiveness of intellectual technology and creative potential of the future teachers of technology; prognostic method for testing and implementation developed teaching materials on the problem of intellectual and creative potential of the future teachers of technology; statistics (frequency distribution, criterion of Styudent, the coefficient of development) for statistical analysis and generalization of experimental data; scientific novelty of the results is that the first time was the essence of the intellectual and creative potential of the future teacher of technology as a system of psychological and pedagogical influences, under which is the preservation of genetic potential and provided qualitative and quantitative changes acquired capacity; researched and scientifically substantiated the structure of teacher's intellectual creativity; theoretically grounded and experimentally tested technology of intellectual and creative potential of future technology specialist in unity of motivational, intellectual, creative, cognitive, emotional and volitional, personal components based on reasonable organizational and pedagogical conditions (the creation of intellectual and creative learning environment, providing psychological and pedagogical future of professional activities, ensuring motivation of cognitive activity, activation of research activity of the future teachers of technology); grounded and developed diagnosis of intellectual and creative potential of the future teacher of technology, highlighted the level (low, medium, sufficient high)of development of personality formation.
