Essay

The major objective of the study is the educational reality in its multiple representation; the goal of the paper is the identification of creative potential of morality and law in the construction of educational reality; the methods used are the methodology of existential-pedagogical, legal, political anthropology, dialectical, historical and genetic, phenomenological, hermeneutic methods, methodology of structural-functional and system-theoretical analysis; the novelty of the study is the development (based on the author's methodology) of the conception of activation of cooperation between morality and law as factors in designing educational reality; the results are the following: this research is a contribution to overcoming and prevention of legal nihilism in Ukraine, formation of legal culture and enhancing the efficiency of democratic political education, these materials can be used in a methodological and methodical support of political and legal, moral and ethical education in teaching philosophical subjects; the branch of the study is the philosophy of education.
