Essay

In dissertation methodical baselines of the project risk management are developed. Object is risk management in projects implementing in the conditions of substantial uncertainty of environment. A subject is risk management in projects taking into account the context and behavioral uncertainty of parties concerned in the conditions of substantial natural uncertainty of the project activity. Basic result is that essence of project risk management considering connection between risk, natural, context and behavioral uncertainty is studied, methods to manage risks during the project are developed.
