The thesis analyses a condition of the ecological outlook formation of youth issue development, which is represented by the multidimensionality and diversity of approaches to the substantiation of the ecologically mature person and society philosophical model. The thesis substantiates theoretical implication of a new humanistic paradigm as a base of the ecological outlook formation and a method of strategic management of movement towards sustainable development. The thesis makes suggestions about explanation of all educational institutions modernization as well as a renewal of educational programs aimed at the ecological outlook formation of youth.
