Essay

The problem of forming the future primary school teachers' interactional skills during professional training is investigated in the thesis. Methodology of interactional skills forming of future teachers in primary school is justified on the grounds of theoretical and empirical research. The following features belong to its characteristics: aiming of contents at development of the need and motivation spheres of the future teacher personality and at understanding of interactional skills as professional and personal value; structurization of the contents taking into account a polylogical subject - subject of interaction between teachers and students during the process of professional training; application of traditional and innovative methods, ways and forms of teaching, directed at the development of interactional skills; correspondence between the age features of students and a specific character of the future profession. The graphical model of realizing the methodology of forming the future primary school teachers' interactional skills has been developed. Pedagogical conditions of the forming of primary school teachers' interactional skills during professional training (forming the future primary school teachers' inner need of interactional activity and self-actualization during a training dialogue; structuration of the forming students' interactional skills contents taking into account a dialogic interaction "subject-subject" during the professional training; selection of the interactive teaching methods and forms, directed to the development of the students' interactional skills; effective management and self-management of forming the future primary school teachers' interactional skills) has been theoretically justified and practically approved.
