Object - the process of professional training of future teachers; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested technology of training future teachers on the level of their readiness to organize intercultural interaction of pupils; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to present a theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested technology for efficient training of teachers in organizing intercultural interaction of pupils; the definition of the term "future teacher's readiness to organize intercultural interaction of pupils" is provided, its structure and components such as axiological, information and knowledge-based, procedure and activity-oriented as well as criteria and indices and levels are specified; the term "intercultural interaction of pupils" is analysed; the ideas concerning organization of individual learning activities of future teachers have acquired further investigation; results - the technology of training students in organizing intercultural interaction of pupils has been experimentally tested and may be recommended for the implementation during the process of professional training of future teachers. The methodological materials worked out in the course of research will be helpful to those engaged in professional training and professional development courses directed at teaching how to organize intercultural interaction of pupils. The theoretical ideas and practical recommendations of the research may be used for compiling textbooks and methodological recommendations on "Pedagogy", " Foundations of Pedagogic Mastery", for writing course, diploma and Master degree papers; field - Pedagogy.
