Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphofunctional features of the restructuring of the oral mucosa of rats with experimental modeling various terms of obstructive jaundice and under the conditions of corrective actions. If jaundice in the early stages because of swelling and enlargement of intercellular spaces thickens oral mucosa in all departments, and are starting from week obstructive jaundice, the thickness of the mucosa decreases mainly due to the epithelial layer. Remodeling of arteries, which supply the oral mucosa, in jaundice, consists in a dynamic reduction to 28 days of their lumen, increasing the thickness of the media, resulting in pronounced increases of Vohenvort index. Adaptive-compensatory changes of haemomicrocirculation channel elements include arteriolar lumen reduction in all investigated areas of the oral mucosa, expanding venules, reducing the role of capillary bed. During prolonged jaundice (28 days) capacity decreases with signs of lymphatic channels devastation, as well as a decrease in the relative volume of the lymphomicrocirculation channel. Local application of Solcoseryl dental adhesive paste in animals with obstructive jaundice in the early stages (up to 14 days) warns spastic constriction of arterioles, reduces venules expansion, as well as increasing the proportion of blood capillaries, but for month period obstructive jaundice does not create sufficient capacity to protect oral mucosa from disorders of microcirculation, hypoxia, cholemic toxic effects.
