The object of study - the training of future teachers of fine arts; subject of research - pedagogical conditions of formation of professional self-esteem in the future fine arts teachers in higher education institutions; the purpose of the study is to justify and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional self-esteem in the future teachers of the fine arts; research methods - theoretical: the analysis and synthesis of scientific, educational and instructional materials; teaching experience of higher education institutions to characterize the conceptual and categorical apparatus of scientific research and study of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional self-esteem in the future teachers of fine arts; empirical: pedagogical supervision over the activities of students in the educational process, testing, oral questioning of students, interviews, method of expert evaluations, interviews, studying food activities; pedagogical experiment (ascertaining and forming) to test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional self-esteem in the future teachers of fine arts; statistics: analysis of results of experimental work using the methods of mathematical statistics to verify their authenticity; data processing by the computer program SPSS (t-Student test, factor analysis); the scientific novelty of the thesis is that for the first time: based on the analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists who have studied the problem of formation of professional self-esteem in high school, developed a technology for formation of professional self-esteem in the future teachers of fine arts; substantiated and experimentally verified the author's pedagogical program of formation of professional self-esteem in the future fine arts teachers, based on a certain pedagogical conditions: the creation of artistic developing environment, the actualization of self-understanding through the formation of analytical and reflexive position in the creative process of self-discovery, learning students a positive experience in the implementation of its creative potential; isolated components of professional self-esteem of the future teachers of fine arts (self-evaluation systems: artist, teacher, social adaptation and personality traits) and their criteria, indicators and levels (high, medium and low).
