Essay

Thesis deals with the peculiarities of reparative osteogenesis long bones of rats of different ages in a total dehydration and determine whether correction of morphological and functional changes caused by the effect of dehydration. The data obtained in the study suggest that the fact that the processes of reparative regeneration of bone tissue in varying degrees vary depending on the degree of dehydration and the general age characteristics of animals, which is associated with morphological changes of the injured bone. The influence of the general dehydration varying degrees on age characteristics of the injured tibia of rats. From the experiment it is clear that the least adapted to act the negative impact of dehydration is a common group of animals senile, more active processes of bone formation observed in young and mature animals. In applying the corrector observed performance optimization histological structure of the regenerate, chemical composition and mineral metabolism, as evidenced by indicators of surface microanalysis regenerate, microhardness and strength characteristics of the bone.
