Gultay P. Public prosecutor's supervision of observance of laws at application of measures of restraint in pre-judicial criminal proceedings.

In work theoretical, legal and organizational and methodical bases of public prosecutor's supervision of observance of laws at application of measures of restraint in pre-judicial criminal proceedings are investigated. The essence of public prosecutor's supervision in this sphere, its subject, tasks and legal bases is defined. Powers of the prosecutor are analyzed at implementation of supervision, a form and means of their realization. Organizational and methodical aspects of implementation of public prosecutor's supervision of legality of application of separate measures of restraint are in details considered. Offers on improvement of a legal regulation of this supervision, and also increase of efficiency of law-enforcement practice of prosecutor's office in this sphere are formulated.
